Licensed Practical Nurse - Post Surgical - Full Time Nights

Provide, implement, and monitor nursing care on a medical/surgical unit; revise care plans; assist with patient teaching, discharge planning and post-discharge needs; maintain accurate documentation; administer medications and manage treatments using equipment such as Telemetry and Omnicell; function independently and in collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver timely, high-quality patient care; maintain a healing environment and uphold professional standards; ensure compliance with policies and competency assessments; demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and support staff development as needed.
