Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide clinical nursing support and coordination of medical services in a medical respite program. Responsibilities include recording patient histories, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and training Certified Nursing Assistants. Candidates must have strong management skills, proficiency in Electronic Health Records, and the ability to work in high-stress environments. Compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and participation in professional training is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse Certification from an accredited college or university
Desired Qualifications
- Prior direct service experience with people experiencing homelessness and/or those with substance abuse or behavioral/mental health issues
- Familiarity with the Social Determinants of Health
- Two or more years of experience in residential medical facilities
