Job Summary
Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal, State, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, admissions assessments, and clinical documentation for discharges. Track clinical systems such as wounds and infection control under director direction. Notify physicians and family members of health changes while providing general community health consultation. Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain close communication across all departments. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff, ensuring confidentiality of all resident information.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse's License current in the state in which they are practicing
- CPR Certified
- 1+ years experience in senior care or related field
- Acceptable proficiency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations in a calm and professional manner
