Maintain current active Florida LPN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and TB testing, plus complete required Alzheimer's training. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
