Job Summary
Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medication coordination, MAR maintenance, and recovery-oriented care in a supportive housing behavioral health program in Honolulu. Responsibilities include coordinating refills with pharmacies and providers, documenting nursing notes and logs, monitoring client responses and side effects, promoting adherence and continuity of care, and collaborating with Housing Specialists, case managers, and treatment providers in a residential community setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Hawaiʻi
- one (1) year of nursing experience
- Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, residential services, community health, medication coordination, or human services settings
- Certifications: Current CPR, First Aid, and TB clearance (or ability to maintain current status)
