Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for part-time weekend shift (7pm-11pm) at White Oak Manor York, York, SC. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, supporting care plan implementation, and delivering compassionate clinical care; lead and mentor CNAs to ensure consistent, person-centered care. Requirements include an active SC LPN license in good standing and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
