Licensed Practical Nurse PACE Center Brevard

Licensed Practical Nurse at the PACE Center Brevard provides nursing care for program participants under the Day Center Supervisor (RN). Responsibilities include triaging participants, administering medications per MAR and standing orders, assisting with labs and procedures, wound care and dressing changes, acting as a liaison among providers, participants, staff, and families, documenting care delivery and patient condition, applying the Nursing Process for professional care, coordinating with RN team for prioritizing treatments, and providing patient education focused on pharmaceuticals while supporting practice goals. Requires Basic Cardiac Life Support within 15 days and First Aid Basic within 30 days; no travel; 1 year of experience preferred; Associate Degree or Vocational Training in nursing.
