Licensed Practical Nurse PACE Center Brevard

Licensed Practical Nurse at the PACE Center Brevard will work as part of a nursing team under the Day Center Supervisor to provide nursing care for participants. Responsibilities include triaging participants, administering medications per MAR and standing orders, assisting with labs and procedures, wound care and dressing changes, liaison between providers, participants, staff, and families, documenting care and patient condition, applying the Nursing Process in accordance with physician practices, collaborating on care coordination with RN colleagues, and providing patient education focused on pharmaceuticals and overall care to support practice goals.
