Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse for the PACE Center Brevard role supports a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing care for elderly participants. Responsibilities include triaging participants, administering medications per MAR and standing orders, assisting with ordering labs and procedures, wound care and dressing changes, serving as liaison among providers, participants, staff and families, documenting care and patient condition, applying the Nursing Process to clinical care, coordinating with RNs, prioritizing treatments by urgency, and providing patient education focused on pharmaceuticals while supporting practice business goals.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 15 days of start date
- First Aid Basic within 30 days of start date
- No Travel Required
- 1 year experience required
