Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the PACE Center Brevard under RN supervision provides nursing care for participants, triages participants, administers medications per MAR and standing orders, assists with ordering labs/procedures, changes dressings, provides wound care, and serves as liaison among providers, participants, staff, and families. Utilizes the Nursing Process to deliver professional care, collaborates with team RNs for care coordination, and provides patient education focusing on pharmaceuticals and care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate
- Basic Cardiac Life Support within 15 days of start date
- First Aid Basic within 30 days of start date
- No Travel Required
- 1 years experience Required Years of Experience
