Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse with our PACE Center Brevard provides nursing care for participants, triaging participants, administering medications per MAR and standing orders, assisting with labs and procedures, changes dressings and wound care, and serving as liaison among providers, participants, staff, and families. Utilizes the Nursing Process to deliver professional nursing care, collaborates with team RNs, prioritizes treatments by urgency, and offers patient education, especially regarding pharmaceuticals, to support the practice's goals. Requires BLS and First Aid within specified timelines; LPN/LVN license with associate degree or equivalent; typically 1 year of experience; no travel; location in Brevard, NC.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate
- 1 years experience Required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date
- First Aid Basic must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- No Travel Required
