Job Summary
Join Upstate Caring Partners as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing daily nursing care and medication ordering while offering support and training to peers and program participants. Engage in promoting independence through the implementation of Individual Program Plans and maintain compliance with regulations. Requires valid NYS LPN licensure and strong interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
- A.A.S. Degree or High School plus Specialized Trade Certificate
- Valid NYS Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse and current NYS Registration Certificate
- Ability to attain and maintain SCIP-R and CPR certification
- Valid NYS Driver’s License

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel)
