Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient Neurology - LPN

Conduct pre-visit phone calls, fill out forms, and reinforce patient education while covering the Botox/nerve injection clinic. Assist in other outpatient roles under the direct supervision of registered nurses, neurologists, and medical secretaries. Collect data through observation to assist in patient assessment and care planning, delivering care in accordance with organizational policies and principles of relationship-based care. Prior experience in inpatient or outpatient settings is preferred, though new graduate LPNs are considered.
