Licensed Practical Nurse - Outpatient Clinical Dermatology - LPN

Provide nursing care to assigned patients under direct supervision of a registered nurse, accepting delegation to meet patient and family needs. Collect data through observation and communicate findings to assist the RN and provider in assessment and care planning. Deliver care in accordance with the patient care plan, policies, procedures, and principles of relationship-based care. Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate skillfulness in mentoring and instructing. Participate as a member of the health care team, including committees or quality improvement projects. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship and requires state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen.
