Licensed Practical Nurse - Ortho/Spine - Full Time Nights

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Orthopaedics/Spine on the Post Partum unit. Supports, implements, and monitors nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Requires licensure in Tennessee, graduation from an approved nursing program, and BLS within 90 days of hire. Performs nursing responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team, utilizing basic nursing knowledge across various settings. Equipment and systems used include Telemetry, Omnicell, and language line; must communicate effectively in English, and be able to stand for extended periods and assist with patient transfers. Priorities include revising care plans, patient teaching and discharge planning, accurate documentation, maintaining a safe healing environment, and contributing to staff development. Work location in Murfreesboro, TN on a full-time night shift.
