Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse needed for day shift (7a-7p) at NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120-bed skilled/long-term care facility. Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, maintain open communication with patients and families, ensure appropriate nursing care is provided, assist with medications and treatments, and perform other patient care duties. Required Qualifications
