Licensed Practical Nurse or LPN Graduate Cardiac Medical Intermediate 4A

Provide patient care on the 4A Cardiac Unit, managing telemetry monitoring, pacemaker/ICA care, post-angio care, TR bands, and five main medication drips. Coordinate care for CHF, chest pain, drug-loading, pre-CABG, pre-TAVR, stent patients, BKS, AKA, and med/surg overflow cases. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am rotations including weekends and holidays.
