Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN Surgical 3B

Provide patient care under RN supervision on the Surgical 3B telemetry floor, managing pre- and post-surgical patients with a 1-6 nurse-to-patient ratio. Perform head-to-toe assessments, telemetry monitoring, and procedures including IV insertions, NG tubes, CBI's, chest tubes, Trach and ostomy care, and wound management. Coordinate care across departments while maintaining patient confidentiality and rights. Work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) with rotational weekends; new grads and experienced LPNs receive sign-on bonuses based on tenure. Full-time and part-time roles available with tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance for full-time staff.
