Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN Surgical 3A

Conduct patient care under RN supervision for adult post-operative and trauma patients on a 33-bed surgical telemetry unit. Perform head-to-toe assessments, read telemetry strips, and manage IV insertions, catheter/trach/ostomy care, wound care, and chest tube management. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients while coordinating care across departments and ensuring patient confidentiality. Work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with rotational weekends, including weekend and shift differentials. Obtain and maintain current LPN licensure and LPN-IV certification within 90 days of hire.
