Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN needed for Orthopedics/Neurosurgery unit (Ortho 3C) at Mercy. Provides patient care using the nursing process under supervision, coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and supports clinical skills on a 12-hour shift (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with rotational weekends. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- LPN license in the hiring state
- LPN-IV Certification issued by the Missouri State Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Meet all State Board of Nursing requirements within 90 days of graduation
