Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN Medical Telemetry 4C

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for the medical cardiac population under RN supervision, managing chronic and acute diseases including heart failure, respiratory distress, and unmanageable dysrhythmias. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with rotational weekends in Unit 4C, serving patients with multisystem needs such as sepsis, COPD, and diabetes. Obtain and maintain a current LPN license within 90 days of graduation and secure LPN-IV certification.
