Licensed Practical Nurse or Graduate LPN 3D Medical Telemetry InnovativeUnitMedical

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned adult medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining professional accountability for patient rights and confidentiality. Work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) with rotational weekends on the 3D Med-surg Telemetry Innovation Unit, which serves as a testing ground for new improvement ideas using PDSA cycles. Obtain and maintain a current LPN license within 90 days of graduation and hold LPN-IV certification issued by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
