Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor well-being in the Observation Telemetry unit, proactively managing patient outcomes. Safely administer medications and treatments while executing vital laboratory tests and therapeutic services. Empower patients and families by demystifying complex treatment plans and providing clear guidance for recovery and long-term wellness. Maintain vigilance for adverse reactions to ensure the highest standards of patient safety. Requires current BLS certification, Kansas LPN licensure, IV Certification, and high school diploma or equivalent. Nights shift, full-time.
