Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, document patient information accurately in EMR, and monitor vital signs while reporting changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate closely with physicians, care partners, residents, and family members to deliver personalized care. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and foster positive relationships with patients and team members. This role requires a valid LPN or RN license and relevant clinical experience. Work the night shift at Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living, where we support residents' physical, mental, psycho-social, and spiritual well-being with respect and dignity.
