Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a not-for-profit long-term care setting provides professional nursing care under supervision, administers medications and treatments, conducts resident assessments, documents care outcomes, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and supports resident education and self-care plans. Requires LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and continuing education; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Includes benefits package and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
