Licensed Practical Nurse, Neuroscience Med/Surg, PRN, Night

Monitor and document patient status including vital signs, drains, dressings, and lab values under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Administer and document medications per policy while providing patient and family instruction on unit routines. Collect and document data using specialized equipment such as glucometers and pulse oximetry, ensuring accurate maintenance of confidential medical records. Report observations of patients and changes in status to appropriate staff immediately. This role is PRN in the Neuroscience Med/Surg department at Blount Memorial Hospital, working night shifts.
