Licensed Practical Nurse - Neurology Clinic - LPN

Provide nursing care to assigned patients under direct RN supervision, collecting data through observation and communicating findings to assist with patient assessment and care planning. Deliver care strictly in accordance with the patient care plan, organizational policies, and principles of relationship-based care. Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate skillfulness in mentoring and instructing staff. Participate as a member of the health care team, potentially serving on committees or leading quality improvement projects.
