Licensed Practical Nurse - Neurology 6c - Nights - FT

Provide patient care under RN supervision on the Neurology floor, managing moderate to high acuity cases including stroke, seizures, traumatic brain injury, and neuromuscular disorders. Perform frequent neurological assessments, monitor mental status changes, and implement complex interventions such as mobility assistance, fall prevention, medication management, and swallowing precautions. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with therapy services while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Work nights from 1830 to 0700 in a full-time rotational schedule. Sign-on bonus available up to $10,000.
