Job Summary
Manage patient flow throughout office visits by rooming patients, collecting preliminary information, and testing samples. Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care while working directly with primary and behavioral health providers. Maintain patient records, communicate regarding basic medical procedures, and assist in examinations using electronic medical records. Operate in a fast-paced outpatient setting with four 10-hour shifts Tuesday through Friday, requiring active Pennsylvania licensure and experience with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate, accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience working with electronic medical records
- Ability to travel between health centers as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in outpatient medical setting
- Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity working in primary care and behavioral health
