Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team, while performing medication administration and prescribed treatments per facility policies. Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families while managing multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Requires a current, unencumbered active LPN license in New Hampshire and valid BLS Certification. Full-time position with daily pay, $6,000 sign-on bonus, and tuition reimbursement at a 292-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.
