Job Summary
Deliver medications and treatments while supervising Medication Aids, and monitor resident conditions to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care. Support activities of daily living, maintain clear documentation, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families. Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates. This LPN Charge Nurse role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, 401(k) through Merrill Lynch, and comprehensive health insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna.
