Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols, including pre-treatment setup, equipment operation, and daily safety checks. Educate clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care while documenting procedures accurately and maintaining compliant medical records. Prepare treatment rooms, flip between clients, and maintain a clean clinical environment to ensure efficient flow. Discuss progress with clients, recommend additional treatment areas, and encourage reviews and referrals through excellent service. Support daily clinic operations, including scheduling, appointment confirmation, inventory, and opening/closing duties. Collaborate with team members to support clinic sales goals and model professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
