Job Summary
Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols while educating clients on pre and post-care. Prepare treatment rooms, operate laser equipment, and maintain daily cleanliness to ensure safe, efficient client flow. Document all procedures accurately and collaborate with the team to support clinic sales goals and operational standards. Confirm appointments, manage scheduling updates, and assist with opening and closing duties. Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This role offers a full-time position in Kingsport, TN, with Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm and Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm hours. Candidates must hold a current LPN license in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
