Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in the hiring state
- State Board of Nursing requirements
- ACLS / PALS / PEARS / STABLE certifications may be required depending on unit
- BLS certification (or course completion within 30 days of hire)
- LPN-IV Certification standards within Missouri where applicable
