Job Summary
Provide direct patient care while coordinating daily nursing operations at the Warren County Detention Center. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions; administer medications per correctional regulations; and ensure treatment plans are followed accurately. Support and guide nursing staff to maintain consistent, high-quality care, responding to medical emergencies and time-sensitive situations. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership to ensure compliance with State Scope of Practice and clinical guidelines. This working leadership role offers consistency within a secure correctional healthcare environment, with a Monday through Friday schedule of 32 hours per week.
