Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Medical/Oncology - PRN Nights location: Madison, TN. Supports, implements, and monitors nursing care in a timely and accurate manner in a medical/surgical unit with patient population from pediatric to elderly. Requires English communication, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to specified weights. Uses equipment and systems (e.g., Telemetry, Omnicell) to administer care, revise care plans as needed, provide patient teaching, and ensure safety and quality of care per policy and competency standards. Must be licensed in Tennessee, graduate from an approved nursing program, and obtain BLS within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed by the State of Tennessee
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- BLS within 90 days of hire
