Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical/Oncology - PRN Nights

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support, implement, and monitor nursing care in a medical/surgical unit with emphasis on oncology patients. Responsibilities include revising the patient care plan, assisting with discharge and post-discharge needs, and performing treatments and procedures with appropriate equipment. Requires English communication, ability to work under pressure, and lifting/pushing/pulling. Familiarity with telemetry systems, Omnicell medication system, and completing patient teaching while maintaining a clean and safe environment. PRN night-shift schedule in a hospital setting; adherence to standards of care and competency-based assessment.
