Licensed Practical Nurse - Med/Surg (LPN)

Coordinate care for adult inpatient and observation patients on a 45-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit, managing a wide range of medical, surgical, and telemetry needs including diabetes, COPD, pneumonia, asthma, CHF, post-MI, CVA, GI conditions, and post-surgical recovery. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate families, and help patients move toward recovery in a fast-moving environment where no two shifts look exactly the same. Requires an active Kentucky LPN license or valid compact LPN license.
