Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide direct patient care in Long-Term Care and Assisted Living settings across NH facilities. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, assessing and planning age-specific care, maintaining patient safety and privacy, documenting progress, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Requires active NH (or compact) LPN license, at least 6 months of LPN experience, and ability to work per diem with flexible morning/evening/overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in NH or compact
- At least 6 months of LPN experience
- Experience in LTC/assisted living a plus
- Meets nursing licensure and competency requirements
