Job Summary
Manage personnel on your unit and oversee direct care staff to ensure residents' needs are met. Review daily assignments to verify duties align with staff ability and training, then initiate and update nursing care plans for all residents. Provide direct and indirect nursing care according to facility standards and federal/state regulations. This role requires an Indiana-licensed nurse with at least one year in long-term care, offering a wage scale of $61,630-$91,520. Required Qualifications
