Job Summary
Assess residents and assist in developing and implementing individual plans of care while ensuring adherence to facility standards and federal regulations. Supervise direct care staff on the unit, review daily assignments to align with training, and initiate updates to nursing care plans. Provide total care for all residents under physician prescription. Requires Indiana nursing license, one year of long-term care experience, and ability to stand, bend, and lift. Shifts are 8 hours on the 1st and 2nd at Pineknoll Rehabilitation Centre in Winchester, Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing
- Must display good emotional health
- Be capable of extended periods of standing
- Be capable of bending
- Be capable of heavy lifting
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year's experience in Long Term Care or related field
