Job Summary
Greet patients, manage patient flow, and conduct intake. Assist providers during exams and minor procedures while monitoring and recording vital signs. Administer medications, immunizations, and basic treatments including suture removal, specimen collection, and phlebotomy. Document patient information in EMR, maintain health records, and educate patients on medication and procedures. Report patient status and concerns to registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, or physicians. Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms. Requires NYS LPN License, BLS Certification, and proof of updated titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, HepB, and Varicella. Pay is USD $32.24 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- NYS LPN License and Registration
- BLS Certification by American Heart Association
- High School Diploma or GED
- LPN Diploma or Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Government Photo ID
- 2 Professional Reference Letters
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate by American Heart Association
- Proof of updated Titers for: Measles, Mumps and Rubella, HepB, Varicella, Flu Vaccination
