Job Summary
Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions while monitoring and recording residents' vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, and provide wound care including assistance with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed and assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents' food and fluid intake/output.
