Job Summary
Provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served on PM/NOC shifts at Pine View Care Center. Demonstrate knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to the long-term care industry. Maintain excellent interpersonal skills while functioning as a supportive team member within our dedicated caregivers. Requires a licensed LPN with one to two years of related experience or equivalent training. Pay is based on experience up to $37/hr with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to long term care industry.
- Must be a graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed LPN
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must be a supportive team member
- contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept
