Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunities across the Western Zone of Nova Scotia. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care activities, transfers with lifts/slings, administration of medication, nighttime monitoring, light housekeeping, basic blenderized feed preparation, outings in the community, and facilitating community inclusion activities. Role includes leadership and supervisory duties to Continuing Care Attendant/Personal Care Worker in collaboration with a Registered Nurse. Core requirements: licensure in Nova Scotia or eligibility for licensure with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses.
