Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor and document residents' health conditions including vital signs and responses to therapies, and assist in developing individualized care plans. Provide direct nursing care for residents, manage wound and catheter care, and support daily living activities while educating families on health management. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other team members to ensure coordinated care, respond to emergencies, and assist in training nursing assistants. Maintain accurate records and ensure all care aligns with regulatory guidelines. Weekend availability required for 8-hour day, night, or overnight shifts at this rehabilitation and long-term care facility.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
