Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document resident condition changes, and manage medications proficiently to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Create a comforting atmosphere, lead the care team to exceed resident needs, and collaborate with nursing and facility staff for coordinated care. Work day, evening, and night shifts in a skilled nursing environment supported by strong clinical standards and proven processes.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
