Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekends

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and incentives with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling and no overtime required. Daily pay is available for eligible positions. Candidates must hold a current unrestricted LPN/LVN license, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
