Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekend

Render nursing care in assigned areas based on individualized client needs and recognized standards under registered nurse direction. Administer medications accurately, observe patient responses, and document outcomes while performing delegated independent functions using established procedures. Coordinate communication among residents, family members, staff, and physicians, providing punctual change-of-shift reports and assisting with care plans. Utilize teaching methods for one-on-one or group instruction, maintain confidentiality, and answer telephone inquiries to ensure timely communications. Work collaboratively with the health care team, utilize available technology systems, and complete daily assignments while fostering a positive atmosphere for the elderly population.
