Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document resident condition changes while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being. Create a comforting atmosphere by learning life stories of residents and staff to foster meaningful relationships. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating leadership within the care team to exceed resident needs. Maintain excellent interpersonal communication to support a respectful work environment aligned with C.A.R.E. values. Full-time day and night shifts available with competitive compensation, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
